Staff Welfare Scheme

We introduced the programme on Micro Credit basis in 1998. The fund is issued for the purpose out of the institution’s own resource. On emergency or necessity or on demand of the staff, loans are issued to them against nominal service charges and become realized from the salaries on installments. Moreover, we issue loans to the deserving staff for their children’s learning, acute illness and marriage of daughters, etc. Facilities of enrollment in EPF started the year 2014. System of gratuity has also been introduced. The programme has become very helpful to the employees of this organization.
